Once you enter HSA, you automatically get assigned a coach. A coach in HSA is much like your personal guide who helps you navigate the vast ocean of material, and helps you achieve your specific goals.
If you enrolled in HSA COMPLETE, you've got 12 one on one calls with your coach. If you enrolled in only one trimester, you got 3.
You can book a coaching session once a month. Each session expires after a month. Make them count, because coaching calls can make a huge difference in what you get out of HSA.
